The J.D.M - Legacy of Excellence Foundation was born out of a deep-seated passion for education, academic success, spiritual growth, and community uplifting. This organization was established in honor of a son, brother, and uncle by the name of Joshua DeShawn … seen in the above picture, to pay it forward, to create opportunities for individuals with a disability, who suffer from epileptic seizures, other debilitating diseases, and those who are at a disadvantage. Our ‘Youth Empowerment Center’ is designed with the singular goal of nurturing talent, building confidence, and fostering the excellence of all students. We are not just an empowerment center for students with a disability, we are a community committed to making a lasting impact by providing valuable educational and community resources. Join us as we build the “Legacy of Excellence” in honor of Joshua DeShawn Millender.
